Depends on when you request the update and which type of information you would like to have changed. If you reach out to us immediately after payment BEFORE we file your application for incorporation, we can still change any information with no additional cost although we can't guarantee that.
That being said, please make sure you have provided the correct information on your account before submitting it. If the company is already in the process of being formed then additional fees can be applied. Please see below:
Information that can be changed at no cost during the entire process including on your end (Operating Agreement/Post- Incorporation documents):
- Shareholders/owners' names and addresses;
- Ownership percentage/shares allocation;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Applicant's name.
After the company is formed, the following changes will have an additional cost:
- Company's name;
- Business structure (LLC/CORP);
- Share structure (number of authorized shares/par value);
- The state of Incorporation.
Please notice we don't provide any Certificates amendments at the moment.
